Our warranty for the robot is 3 years for robot quality problem not including consumption parts. when you receive the package, remember to take video of unpacking, If there is any damage, we will send you parts after negotiate , please install it by yourself (we will send you installation video). But if it is artificially damaged or personal reason, you need to pay some fees.
