■For non-man-made quality problems, we provide 6-months warranty for all products except free accessories(Mouse + Mouse Pad + HUB, include the different keyboard membrane, webcam we send)
■Within 12 months customers should take the cost sending the item to DERE service centre while DERE take the charge sending back.
■Beyond 12 months,customer should take both freight charges.
■Under the premise of ensuring that the goods are in good condition,we accept 15 days after receiving the parcel for no reason to return, but the customer needs to pay the return shipping fee, the money we return not include the customs fee and shipping fee, DHL remote fee.
