The fabric is the so called “faux silk”, which is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, a little bit of spandex to enhance the softness and the drape. However, this polyester faux silk is not comparable to other fabric used on products which sell $10-$20. we customized this fabric specially for this robe with the right amount of thickness, shininess and soft handle. In many ways, this fabric the perfect substitute of natural mulberry silk. It feels, touches and looks at least 97% the same as 20 momme mulberry silk, yet it is easier to take care of and much more cost-effective.
Why we need to be cost-effective about this robe? This robe is cut from 5.3 meter of customized positioning printed fabric, so each pieces looks the same with the same pattern on it. Moreover, if you have the real thing by your side, you can easily see that the craftsmanship is very exquisite, even impeccable, because that the cost of the manufacture ONLY is over $18 per piece. The rest is simple math.
If you are looking for something original and creative with good quality and craftsmanship that you can wear for years and feel fabulous about yourself when you are in it, it is certain that you would love this robe. On the other hand, if you just want something to wear once or twice or to follow the trend, this robe may not be necessary. It’s for you to decide.

Our sumptuous kimono is almost too pretty just to lounge in at home, so we recommend wearing it out with jeans and a camisole, too. It's cut from fluid silk-satin that's printed with klimt’s oil painting and has elegantly draped sleeves. Slip it on after a relaxing bath.Leave it open or use the self-tie belt to cinch your waist.
